Citizens Bank – Business Analyst

(For employees of RBS Citizens only)

This course is designed for individuals with varying backgrounds and experience who are relatively new to the business analyst role or who are currently working on projects.  This course will provide the foundation necessary to sit for the IIBA’s Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification examination (CBAP).  Project tools and techniques are covered in detail and focus on overall business analyst situations.  This course was designed and prepared specifically for the business analyst to understand their important, key role in planning and managing solution requirements for key projects that align with and support organizational strategic plans. Learn business analyst skills using the BABOK in a practical, interactive environment. The BABOK is a reference for professional knowledge for Business Analysis and provides the basis for the IIBA Certification. The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge is composed of (6) six knowledge areas plus underlying fundamentals.

Learn and earn a new Certification and satisfy PDU’s. This course earns 42 PDU’s and 4.2 CEU’s for those who have already achieved PMP Certification and need to earn PDU’s to keep PMP status current.
