HRM 112 / 422 – Introduction to Employee and Labor Relations

Employee and Labor Relations is one of the most comprehensive areas of study in the Human Resources field.

This introductory course will include a review of key legislation that impacts the employee in the workplace, the history of employee rights, and the development of legislation affecting collective bargaining in the United States. From the culture of the work environment to the methods of performance management, this course introduces students to the psychological and environmental factors that impact workplace relationships.
