HRM 103 / HRM 403 – Introduction to Benefits and Compensation

The challenge of developing, maintaining, and managing benefits and compensation plans is a critical and costly function for business. The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of these plans including terminology, compliance, communication, administration, and outsourcing.
