The "Business" of Quality

In order to maintain a competitive advantage in today’s global environment, organizations need to continue to improve the way they do business and apply new best practice models quickly. Quality Initiatives help organizations measure and manage processes to reduce cost and improve results.

 Bryant’s approach is to educate to empower individuals and organizations to learn and apply best practices using the tools and techniques of quality to drive performance. Doing things right and doing them better can improve the bottom line and customer satisfaction.

 The science of Quality is facilitated through the following Bryant courses and certificate programs:

  • Agile Project Management – Planning and guiding project processes, responding to issues as they arise
  • Business Analysis – Understanding, documenting, and gaining agreement of requirements
  • Business Continuity Planning – Ensures the continuation of a business’s ability to provide customer value under unforeseen adverse operating conditions
  • Business Process Management – The study of viewing the enterprise as a series of end-to-end business processes directly linked to customers and value
  • Project Management – Effective planning and management of cross-functional initiatives
  • Six Sigma – Provides an infrastructure framework for performance improvements

Programs are offered online, on campus and can be customized and delivered onsite for groups.
