SIG 404 – Black Belt Certificate

This course is designed for individuals who wish to grasp complex problem solving concepts and acquire specific analytical tools. Instruction emphasizes application of skills to your real world project. Black Belts focus on Six Sigma projects at an enterprise level.

This course will provide the training required to certify an individual to Six Sigma Black Belt status. Successful completion of a work project reviewed by our Six Sigma Black Belt team will result in certification.

Bryant University Green Belt Certificate program, or equivalent training and/or experience, is a prerequisite for the Black Belt Certificate program.
