the first level in leadership excellence.

is important to understand how to develop
and
lead people, it is also necessary
to know how
to assess financial data
to
make smart strategic decisions.
In Finance for Leaders,
you will improve
your understanding
of the financial
implications
of your leadership strategies
and integrate a financial focus into all
of your decision making.
