The Bryant Executive Development Center
Leadership Certificate program focuses
on three components of leadership:
Self development and mastery;
Leading and engaging others;
And financial strategy in order to advance the mission of the organization or team.
This professional
program allows you to take the necessary
steps towards leadership success.
Since leadership begins with the individual,
self development is the first step.
Assessing
your current strengths and identifying
opportunities to improve is the basis of
the first level in leadership excellence.
(LEA 101)
With this strong foundation, an individual
is ready for the second level of leadership
excellence -- leading and engaging others. Learning how to develop high-performing
teams and aligning them to the goals
and objectives of your organization
is an
important and valuable skill.
(LEA 102)
The third level, and a critical component
to success, is financial acumen. While it
is important to understand how to develop
and
lead people, it is also necessary
to know how
to assess financial data
to
make smart strategic decisions.
In Finance for Leaders,
you will improve
your understanding
of the financial
implications
of your leadership strategies
and integrate a financial focus into all
of your decision making.
(LEA 103)
