EARN A CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Prepare for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification

As a Registered Education Provider (REP*), the Executive Development Center at Bryant University presents a PMI-accredited certificate program that trains project leaders for personal and professional success, and can prepare you for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or
the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

Project management is used globally by large corporations, governments,  and smaller organizations.  Project  manage-
ment leadership is a highly sought-after skill as intense
global competition demands that new projects and business development be completed on time and within budget and scope.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP)

Many companies are requiring Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification for employment or career advancement.  The PMP designation is the most globally recognized and respected credential in the project manage-
ment field.

To earn the PMP designation you must satisfy educational
and experiential requirements,  pass a rigorous exam,  and adhere to a professional code of conduct.  Bryant University provides the educational contact hours required to apply for certification.

Those who wish to pursue the PMP or CAPM designation
must sit for the PMP or CAPM Exam administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

As a PMI Registered Education Provider (REP)*, our program is compliant with the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)  that allows us to provide the required
35 Professional Development Units (PDUs),  a prerequisite
to taking the exam.  Please  visit  www.pmi.org  for more
details on the exam.

Earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) While Upgrading Your Project Management Education

Organizations rely on and have a growing need for skilled project managers to meet their project goals, objectives, and requirements.

The Master's Certificate in Project Management is the next
step in providing project managers with the understanding of how to lead organizational change efforts, as well as the leadership skills necessary to positively impact the move-
ment toward more advanced project management maturity.

Advance your career in project management, take your pro-
ject management skills to the next level, and accrue PDUs to maintain your PMP designation. [Within three years of becoming certified, you need to earn 60 hours (60 PDUs) to retain your PMP Certification.]

This online or on-site certificate program allows you to maxi-
mize your learning experience by leveraging technology to achieve the next level of success in your career.

Complete one or two courses and supplement your current skill set, or complete all six courses to earn a Master's Certificate in Project Management. Click here for course list.

LIFESPAN

In our search for a professional education and training partner, we looked for the flexibility to meet the scheduling needs of our students. The Executive Development Center's willingness to adapt the courses for delivery at our locations within our timeframes was critical. Bryant's reputation as a premier business school was also a key factor. We knew the quality would be there.

Everything we do at Lifespan is outcome oriented. We have to show results when we invest our human and financial resources. The Executive Development Center understands that and cares as much about results as we do.
