The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) is composed of six knowledge areas plus underlying fundamentals.

Bryant's program teaches to the BABOK in accordance with the IIBA®. A significant amount of course time is dedicated to applying course materials to case studies, working in small teams.This feature allows participants to experience a project team environment.

Project tools and techniques are covered in detail with a focus on overall business analyst situations.Teams formulate project plans and collaborate on project choices and variables. The program culminates with a capstone presentation. This teaching methodology focuses on two important skills of the business analyst: team building and presentation skills.
